1. 2. LEGAL ACTION ON CASES IN THE COURT: The part of legal action on cases in the court are:

a. Litigation: we serve you on civil case, criminal case and special jurisdiction case such as: action for dissolution of company, action for cancellation of general meeting’s resolution, action in rem, action for ownership of the land, action for adverse possession, action for expulsion, action for servitude, action for cancellation of parental power, action for legitimating, action for repudiation of a child, action for divorce, administration suit, action ex delicto, action ex contractu, action for recourse, action for personam, action on tax, labour, bankruptcy, intellectual property and international trade cases in the Court. The beginning of them are suggest you to make your approach of each cases to serve your ends, make a claim in civil case, make a indictment in criminal case, make a defence in civil case, make an answer to the counter-claim, make a plea in criminal case, all of them we can provide until your case in the Primary Court to the Supreme Court.

b. Execution of judgments: we serve you after the Court’s judgment. We do in the beginning is inspection of debtor’s property until the Court issue a writ of execution to appoint executing officer sale by auction and make a seizure or garnishment, attachment of a claim, share of property before executing officer sale by auction, request with the Court for the release of the property seized by the executing officer, request with the Court for the payment of the debt owed to a person entitled to performance by virtue of a mortgage or registered preferential right over an immovable property out of the said proceeds in preference to other creditor, request with the Court for an order allowing judgment creditor to participate in the property or in the proceeds of the sale or realization of the property, request with the Court for a stay of execution, notified the executing officer in writing for ceasing execution, request with the Court to issue an order setting aside or amending a decree, a writ of execution or an order of the Court in execution violates the law, request with the Court for make an order appointing the executing officer to procure the judgment creditor to take possession of property, request with the Court to issue a decree to judgment debtor and judgment debtor’s dependent vacate from the property which sell by auction.

c. Taxation: we serve you by attorney who have experience to do. we do in the term is give you the information of structure of revenue system in Thailand, tax burden in operating a business, emphasizing on income tax and specific business tax, double taxation and relieving tax burden under the principles of law, principles of business tax planning, settlement of tax disputes between state and private entities, tax evaluation including tax appeal and legal actions on tax case in the Court.

d.
